I've decided to re-run the nomination process because a) I forgot to move Secretary-designate Keatings into office the first time around, b) I want to try out the forums and see if it works, and c) because I'm lazy.

The House of Representatives moves to confirm the nomination of the Lord President of Avro Keatings to serve as Secretary of State of the Democratic Union.
At this time, the floor is now open for anyone to post. After either 24 hours have passed or a motion of cloture has achieved a majority vote of the House, I can open a vote on this matter.
